Attendance & Scheduling

Launch Industries Operating Hours

This section outlines the general business hours during which Launch Industries internal staff are typically available for operational support and collaboration (e.g., Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST). Contractors are expected to manage their schedule to ensure all deadlines and professional communication needs, as outlined in their Statement of Work (SOW), are met.

Contractor Scheduling

Contractors retain the sole discretion to determine their own working hours, work location, and the methods necessary to complete their contractual deliverables. Launch Industries does not mandate or control a contractor's daily schedule. Any specific time requirements for essential project meetings, milestones, or client engagements must be explicitly agreed upon in advance and documented within the executed SOW or a specific project addendum.

Quarterly All-Team Contractor Meeting

Launch hosts a Quarterly All-Team Contractor Meeting on the 1st Friday of each quarter from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Attendance is encouraged to foster collaboration, but contractors may make alternative arrangements if necessary.
