About this Handbook

This handbook is intended to be an up-to-date, accurate resource for all of our contractor policies and procedures. It outlines guidelines to support a positive and collaborative relationship between Launch and its contractors.

If you have any feedback or questions about the policies, please contact HR at hr@launchindustries.biz.

Who is Covered by this Handbook

The policies contained in this Contractor Handbook apply to all Company contractors unless exempted as provided in this Handbook or by written contract. As used in this Contractor Handbook, the term “you” or “your” refers to you as a contractor of the Company.

Contractor Onboarding and Familiarization

Launch Industries provides access to essential resources and project-specific information to facilitate a smooth start for all new contractors. This is a familiarization period to help contractors understand project expectations, access necessary tools, and integrate with the established processes required for their Statement of Work (SOW).

This initial 60-day period is designed for the contractor to efficiently align their independent work with Launch's operational systems and client needs. It includes access to a resource library and points of contact for questions related to the contract. Contractors are encouraged to proactively seek any clarification needed to execute their contractual obligations effectively. This is a period of mutual setup and agreement and is not an employment orientation or mandatory training program.

Contacting Human Resources

At Launch, we take a personalized approach to our professional relationships, ensuring every contractor receives direct assistance with contract administration and operational queries. Our company owner, a certified Senior HR Professional, oversees all contract logistics and policy implementation, fostering transparency and professional communication. Contractors are encouraged to reach out for assistance with questions about policies, suggestions for improvement, or clarification on their contract terms.

For contract administration questions, policy clarifications, or concerns regarding your Statement of Work (SOW), contractors can contact Monica directly through in-person meetings, Zoom, email, or other agreed-upon methods. We value open dialogue and timely communication to address professional concerns and support a productive business partnership.

Open Door Policy

At Launch Industries, we value open communication as a cornerstone of fostering a collaborative environment. Our Open Door Policy reflects our commitment to transparency, respect, and approachability. Contractors are encouraged to share ideas, raise questions, or voice concerns at any time, knowing their input is welcomed and valued.

Conversations can take place in person, via email, or through other preferred channels. We respect the independence of contractors, and all discussions will be treated with professionalism and discretion. This policy supports a collaborative partnership where contractors can expect respectful listening, constructive dialogue, and confidentiality. Open communication strengthens our success, and we welcome contractor input as we work toward shared goals.
