15. Acknowledgment

One-line summary: Employee Handbook Acknowledgment — confirms receipt of the handbook, the at-will employment relationship, the WA Paid Sick Leave required written notice, the harassment / discrimination policy, and the ADA/WLAD/FEHA reasonable-accommodation policy. Per house rule, this should be implemented as a one-time-per-version e-signature flow. Contact HR at hr@launchindustries.biz with any questions.

Employee Handbook Acknowledgment

Please read carefully and complete the digital acknowledgment below.

By checking the box below and clicking "I acknowledge," I confirm the following:

  1. I have received and reviewed the Launch Industries Employee Handbook, dated [LAST UPDATED DATE], and I understand that I am responsible for reading it and asking HR if I have any questions about its content.

  2. I understand that my employment is at-will. This means that my employment may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, by either me or Launch. I understand that no representative of Launch other than the company owner has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the at-will nature of my employment, and that any such agreement must be in writing and signed by the company owner.

  3. I have received the required Washington Paid Sick Leave written notice required by WAC 296-128-650.

  4. I have received the Launch policy on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, including reporting procedures.

  5. I have received the Launch policy on requesting reasonable accommodations under the ADA, WLAD, and (for California employees) FEHA.

  6. I understand that this handbook may be revised, and that the version posted on Launch's internal handbook site is the current authoritative version. I will review updates as they are issued.

  7. I understand that this handbook is not a contract and does not create any contractual rights or obligations beyond what is required by law.
