Employee Handbook
This is the canonical Launch Industries employee handbook. The core handbook covers WA and federal law and applies to every Launch employee. State addenda layer additional protections on top, and apply only to employees in those states. If you live and work in California, both the core handbook AND the California Addendum apply to you.

California employees: read both
If your primary work location is California, you are covered by both the core handbook and the California Addendum. Where the two overlap, the California Addendum takes precedence.
Other state addenda
Right now we maintain the WA + federal core and a California addendum. As Launch hires employees in additional states, new addenda will appear here.
