One-line summary: California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) notice — the protected categories Launch recognizes, the complaint channels available to California-resident employees (internal HR, the California Civil Rights Department / CRD, and the EEOC), and Launch's commitment to comply with FEHA regardless of federal-threshold debates.
California FEHA Notice
The California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA, Cal. Gov. Code § 12940 et seq.) applies to Launch as to any California-resident employees, and provides protections that are at least as strong as federal Title VII / ADA / ADEA, with several California-specific additions. FEHA applies to employers with 5 or more employees — Launch is over that threshold.

- Gender, gender identity, gender expression

- National origin (including language use restrictions)
- Ancestry
- Mental or physical disability

Complaint channels
If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, you may report through any of the following:
- Internal: HR at hr@launchindustries.biz, or the company owner directly. (See §2 of the core handbook for the full reporting procedure.)
- California Civil Rights Department (CRD) — formerly the DFEH. File a complaint at calcivilrights.ca.gov (opens in a new tab) or call 1-800-884-1684.
- U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) — File a charge at www.eeoc.gov (opens in a new tab).
You may always pursue external reporting in addition to (or instead of) internal reporting. Launch strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee for filing a complaint or participating in an investigation.
Reasonable accommodation
For ADA / WLAD / FEHA reasonable-accommodation requests, see §2 of the core handbook for Launch's request procedure (which applies to FEHA accommodations as well). FEHA's reasonable-accommodation duty applies to employers with 5 or more employees.
