By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Contractor Handbook at Launch Industries LLC. I understand that it is my responsibility to read the Contractor Handbook and to comply with the guidelines, policies, and standards set forth within it.

I acknowledge that the Contractor Handbook is intended to provide me with a general overview of the company’s policies and procedures as they apply to contractors. I understand that nothing in this Contractor Handbook is to be interpreted as a contract, express or implied, a promise of specific treatment in specific circumstances, or a guarantee of ongoing engagement.

I also understand and acknowledge that the company reserves the right to revise, delete, or add to the provisions of this Contractor Handbook at any time, with or without prior notice.
