Technical Assistance Programs SOPs
Launch currently runs seven TA programs simultaneously. Each one is a contract with a prime (city, county, or program operator) to deliver business consulting to small businesses. The procedures below cover how we set up, run, and ship those engagements.

Why this section exists: TA programs share a lot of common procedure (intake, kickoff, monthly sync, deliverables tracking) but each prime has its own quirks. The SOPs here are the shared procedures. Program-specific quirks live in per-program docs in Drive.
